This online fitness class is specifically geared toward athletes who are serious about improving their athletic performance. We will begin classes with a brief warm up and move quickly to endurance work including plyometrics, agility and cardiovascular intervals. Then we will do a strength circuit tailored appropriately for age, ability, and sport. These exercises will include full body strength with a concentration on core stability. A small class size will allow the instructor to ensure exercises are performed
