6pm until we finish 54 cards + a 10 min stretch (Between 50 min and 1 hour)
Intermediate - Advanced: Must be comfortable with squats, lunges, push-ups, planks & burpees.

Take a gamble and join our fast-paced online work-out where 54 cards will leave you sweaty and feeling great. Participants will be taught 9 exercises or combinations and the order and number of reps will be randomly selected by the card pulled. This is a class builds stamina and strength and the mystery of the cards makes the 50-minute class fly.
Please wear something that you can move around in and have a full water bottle or sports drink handy. If you have dumbbells "bring them!" If not, a bag or back-pack with books or canned goods works great for adding some resistance to your workouts. Other ideas are water bottles, milk jugs, laundry detergent containers and soup cans. Get creative or feel free to just use body weight if that seems right for you.
