Butts & Guts: This 30-minute class is designed to strengthen all aspects of the core and lower body including abs, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and lower back. Train, tighten and tone with this hard “core”, “booty” busting workout!
Please wear something that you can move around in and have a full water bottle or sports drink handy.
