Single Class Option

Please "add a note" at check out indicating which class day and time you would like to take and a zoom link will be emailed to you separately. Please note, walkon's require at least 1 hour's notice in order for us to process your request prior to class time.
Butts & Guts: This 30-minute class is designed to strengthen all aspects of the core and lower body including abs, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and lower back. Train, tighten and tone with this hard “core”, “booty” busting workout! Pick which day works for you. Class options are Tuesdays at 7pm or Saturdays at 8am. All Levels 18+.
Please wear something that you can move around in and have a full water bottle or sports drink handy.
