Precision AT Athletic Performance provides online athletic performance and strength & conditioning sessions for small groups geared to meet your specific athletic performance needs. Our qualified coaches will create and implement online training sessions and work "face to face" with your small group to ensure that participants learn and utilize proper form and technique.

Stretch For Hunger
Led by Mara Smith, this 30 minute session will leave you feeling relaxed and de-stressed! All profits will be donated to the Greater Boston Food Bank to feed the hungry in our community.
Classes run every Friday in June at 12pm EDT for $10/class.
Free Adult Fitness
Beckie Brannen will be teaching these FREE 50 minute classes through the month of June, balancing strength, conditioning, endurance, and flexibility. Classes are targeted to active adults of any fitness level!
Two options available: Tuesdays at 8am EDT or Thursdays at 5:30pm EDT.
