July Fitness Options
Precision AT Athletic Performance provides online athletic performance and strength & conditioning sessions for small groups geared to meet your specific athletic performance needs. Our qualified coaches will create and implement online training sessions and work "face to face" with your small group to ensure that participants learn and utilize proper form and technique.

Get a friend to sign up for a fitness class with you, get your class for free! Just enter the referral name in the notes section at checkout, and we'll get you a code for a free class. Both parties should enter their friend's name in the notes!
Stretch For Equality
Led by Mara Smith, Meghan Mello, and Beckie Brannen, this 30 minute session will leave you feeling relaxed and de-stressed! This month's profits will be donated to Black Lives Matter.
Black Lives Matter is an organized movement advocating for non-violent civil disobedience in protest against incidents of police brutality against African-American people.
Classes run every Friday in July at 12:30pm EDT for $10/class. To register for multiple weeks, just change the amount in your cart!
Beckie Brannen will be teaching these 50 minute classes balancing strength, conditioning, endurance, and flexibility. Classes are targeted to active adults of any fitness level!

July Swimmer Fitness
This fitness class is specifically geared toward athletes who are serious about improving their athletic performance. We will begin classes with a brief warm up and move quickly to endurance work including plyometrics, agility and cardiovascular intervals. Then we will do a strength circuit tailored appropriately for age, ability, and sport. These exercises will include full body strength with a concentration on core stability. A small class size will allow the instructor to ensure exercises are performed properly with correct form. We will also add sport specific elements into each work out and educate participants about how specific exercises will directly and indirectly improve athletic performance. Classes will conclude with guided stretching to help improve flexibility and targeted to decrease post workout muscle soreness.
