An injury prevention & movement assessment is a great way to gain an overall picture of what your athletes may need to work on during conditioning and strength sessions in order to mitigate the risk of injury and increase overall athletic performance.
It involves three quick, effective evaluations for each athlete--a static postural assessment, an overhead squat assessment, and a single-leg squat assessment.
The information from these three evaluations allows us to give you and your athletes some valuable advice as to what you may need to focus on when it comes to overall strength and conditioning.
One of our Precision AT Athletic Performance coaches will perform the assessment.
Our Athletic Performance coaches are certified athletic trainers and certified strength coaches. They are highly skilled and very knowledgeable in biomechanics, postural assessment and injury prevention methods.
