Precision AT Athletic Performance provides online athletic performance and strength & conditioning sessions for small groups geared to meet your specific athletic performance needs. Our qualified coaches will create and implement online training sessions and work "face to face" with your small group to ensure that participants learn and utilize proper form and technique.

Strength, Endurance and Stretch
for Athletes Ages 6+
This class is a must for athletes looking to gain an extra edge in their sports. Athletes will work toward improving strength, power and endurance while increasing coordination, balance and athleticism. Classes will be tailored to each athlete's age, skill and sport to provide a safe, challenging, and fun experience.
Athletes who have taken this class have seen positive results in their sports after just two months of training.
Classes times:
Mondays at 7p 10 years & up
Tuesdays at 2:30 10 years & up
Thursdays at 3:30pm 10 years & up
Thursdays at 6:00pm 6 -12 years old
